Back in 2017, I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression after a medical diagnosis. After wallowing in self-pity for a few days, I decided it was time to make a change. I couldn’t find anything that could help me get out of this funk — so I decided to create it. These exact 12 steps helped guide me out of an extremely dark time. It wasn’t until August of 2018 I found I’d need my own steps again. I reached one of the lowest times of my life after competing on a reality TV show. This life-altering experience resulted in the darkest funk of my life. After 6 months of therapy and coaching, I remembered my 12 steps and decided to give it a shot once again. After 1 week, my entire outlook had shifted. I was back to being Kaitlyn. Positive, hopeful, aware, peaceful, stress-free, and filled with gratitude.

With the craziness of the world we live in today, it’s only appropriate for me to share these steps with you. I hope you find as much healing as I have from these steps.
